The Role of the Elected Board
In a service co-operative society, the members elect a Board of Directors from among themselves. The board of Thondiyil Service Co-operative Bank Ltd. No. C-45 is made up of the President, the Vice-President, directors and co-opted directors.
The board decides the bank’s policies, approves its deposit and loan schemes, and oversees the working of the Head Office at Thondiyil and the Nedumpoyil and Poolakkutty branches.
Sunny Syriac Pottankal serves as President and Mohanan K Ummotil as Vice-President.
