These are the terms on which the website of Thondiyil Service Co-operative Bank Ltd. No. C-45 is offered. They apply whenever you use this site.

The information here is general information

This website is meant to give a general understanding of our deposit schemes, loans, facilities, offices and announcements. The actual terms of any scheme are fixed by the bank’s bye-laws, the rules sanctioned by the Board, and the application and sanction letter you sign. If anything on this site differs from those records, the bank’s records prevail.

Interest rates and scheme terms

Interest rates, tenures and scheme conditions shown on this site are indicative and may change without prior notice. Rates are subject to the decisions of the Board and to the co-operative rules that apply to us. Please confirm the rate in force at the branch before opening an account or applying for a loan.

Nothing here is an offer of credit

No page, calculator or announcement on this website is a binding offer to lend money or to accept a deposit. Every loan is subject to eligibility, documentation, security and the bank’s sanction. Calculators give an approximate figure only — the actual repayment amount is the one stated in your sanction letter.

No online transactions on this site

This is an informational website. There is no account login, no net banking and no fund transfer here. No page on this site asks for account credentials — if you come across one that claims to, it is not ours; please tell the bank at once. The bank will never ask you for your PIN, OTP or password.

Using the enquiry form

Please use the enquiry form for genuine enquiries only. Do not enter confidential details such as an account number, PIN, OTP or password. Misuse of the form, repeated nuisance messages, or messages sent in someone else’s name are not permitted. How we handle what you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Links to other websites

We may link to government scheme pages or other organisations’ websites for your convenience. The bank has no control over the content or services on those sites and is not responsible for them, and a link should not be read as an endorsement.

Ownership of the content

The bank’s name, logo, and the text, photographs and design on this site belong to the bank. You are welcome to read and print pages and to download forms for your own use. Please do not reproduce this content or the logo commercially, or republish it, without the bank’s written permission.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Thondiyil Service Co-operative Bank is a co-operative society. It functions under the Department of Co-operation, Government of Kerala, and is governed by the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act and the rules made under it, together with the bank’s own bye-laws. This website and its use are governed by Indian law, and any dispute is subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Kannur district, Kerala, or to the authorities provided for under the co-operative law.
